Church Website Rescue is a service of Digital Cloud Assets LLC. We respect your privacy and collect only the information reasonably needed to answer questions, process purchases, provide website services, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Information we collect
We may receive information you choose to send us, including your name, email address, church name, website address, project details, and the contents of your correspondence. When you purchase a service, Stripe processes your payment information. We may receive limited transaction details such as your name, email address, amount paid, subscription status, and payment status, but we do not receive or store your complete card number.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically collect operational information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time, referring page, and basic diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver church website services, administer payments and subscriptions, provide support and requested updates, secure and improve the website, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate, including payment processing, website hosting, email, security, analytics, and technical support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.
Payments and third-party services
Checkout is provided by Stripe and is governed by Stripe's own privacy practices and terms. Links to other services, including giving, livestream, sermon, calendar, or hosting platforms, are governed by those providers' policies.
Cookies and similar technology
This site does not use advertising cookies. Essential hosting, security, or payment services may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate their services, maintain security, remember a session, or complete checkout.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices

Children and policy updates
This site is intended for church leaders and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
